By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Online store terms

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. Certain products are available exclusively online and in limited quantities, and are subject to return only in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. All goods sold on bekkoz.com are guaranteed authentic and are sourced through an established European wholesale distributor. BEKKOZ is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the brands it sells. We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible; we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colors accurately.

6. Accuracy of billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Where we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address or telephone number provided at the time of purchase.

7. Shipping, duties and taxes

We ship to the United States and to the international destinations listed at checkout. For most pieces shipped to the United States, US import duties and taxes are prepaid by us and included in the price; pieces that ship from our partner warehouse in Austria are clearly marked "Ships from Europe · import duties payable on delivery" and, for those, US import duties and carrier fees are collected by the carrier from the recipient on delivery. Orders shipped outside the United States are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): local import duties, taxes and carrier fees are not included in the price and are payable by the customer on delivery. Refused or unclaimed parcels are returned at the customer's expense. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information so that customs clearance can be completed. 8. Prohibited uses

In addition to the prohibitions set out elsewhere in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: for any unlawful purpose; to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others; to harass, abuse, insult, defame or discriminate; to submit false or misleading information; to upload viruses or any other malicious code; to collect or track the personal information of others; to spam, phish, scrape or crawl the site; or to interfere with the security features of the Service. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paradiz Products LLC and its affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by a third party due to your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting the revised version on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

14. Governing law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
