How we source and check every piece

1. Established European wholesale supply

Our pieces are sourced through an established European wholesale distributor of designer fashion, which supplies documented, brand-new stock to independent retailers. We do not buy from private sellers or unverified brokers.

2. Inspection before dispatch

Each order is prepared in our distribution partner's European warehouse, where the item is checked against its description — model, size, colour, original tags and packaging — before it is sealed.

3. Tracked and insured delivery

Every order ships fully tracked and insured with FedEx, DHL or UPS, and a signature is required on delivery. Delivery times, costs and duties are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

If you ever have a doubt

If you have any question about the authenticity of an item you received, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bekkoz.com or +1 458 888 0980 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST) with photos of the item, its tags and packaging. We will review it with our supplier and, if the item does not match its description, we take it back at our cost and issue a full refund, as set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
